About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment & Mobilisation Administrator Trainee to join our team in a full-time capacity, reporting to the Contract Support Superintendent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within the dynamic Mining & Resources sector. Working closely with an experienced and collaborative team, you will gain exposure to multiple sites and disciplines while developing valuable industry knowledge.

As part of this full-time Business Traineeship, you will work towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business. You will also receive professional mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, and practical experience in a respected corporate environment, providing a strong foundation for future career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment and mobilisation for blue collar roles.
  • Build and maintain current and new talent pools
  • Advertisements on Seek/LinkedIn/Facebook etc
  • Screening and sending candidates to the clients in a timely manner
  • Work very closely with internal and external Operational Stakeholders and Onsite Leadership teams
  • Undertake any ad-hoc projects

About You

  • Competent in use of MS Office
  • Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer and administration skills
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
